Clear steps. Then a plan you agree on
Starting is the hardest part, so this is what we do.
For teens and parents
You get in touch. A free 20-minute call, by phone or online, to see if this is a fit.
1.
Teen first! The first meeting is with the teen alone. They tell their side of the story.
2.
Parents next, separately (this can happen on the same day).
3.
A closer look. A second, more structured meeting with your teen to better understand what kind of support could help.
4.
Everyone at one table. Parents and teen together. We agree on the plan and begin.
5.
For young adults and adults

3.
Mind and body. One plan
Your mind and your body don’t work separately, so why look at them separately?
When stress builds up, you feel it in your sleep, your energy, and your body. And when you move, your head often clears too.
Counseling, not only to gain insight but to handle stress, anxiety , and low mood . You learn new perspectives, skills, and strategies. Skills you keep for life.
Movement, as studies show regular physical activity can noticeably reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Moving lowers stress, improves sleep, and gives you energy.
That’s why there is the option to bring together two things that work:
Counseling and Movement.
Together, they reinforce each other: what you work through in your head, you put into practice with your body, and the other way round.
In the end, you feel less stressed, more rested, and energized.
Feel. Move. Liberate.
