Package price total determined by number of training sessions and length of counseling sessions.

First session (intake), 60 minutes.

The structure of an intake for an adolescent is different. Please inquire if you are seeking help for your teen 13+ years.

Counseling sessions can be booked in 60 minute increments. If you wish to have an extended session, this can be booked in 30 minute increments.

Please inquire about in home/offsite counseling fees.

For international clients outside of Switzerland, a discounted counseling hour is available. Please inquire if this applies to you.

A single hour of Personal Training is determined by training site
